Add to that the BYOB policy and it was a beautiful dining experience that was affordable, which is rare. I'll be back for certain since it is highly unusual to find Chinese cuisine in a nice sit-down restaurant that isn't priced through the roof.

But not so much any more.The last few times I ate there (take out), the sweet corn chicken soup had clumps of what I can only presume to be corn starch, the fried rice was a bit too soy sauce heavy, and therefore a bit too salty, and the taste of the food was marginally better than my neighborhood Chinese joint. What they have going for them is an extensive menu (they have a separate Chinese menu that we usually order from).The sizzling black pepper steak has always been my favorite, but it's not as delicious as it was 2 years ago.Come on Asia, you can do better. I know this, because you used to do better.Not sure if the chef changed, or if I'm just unlucky.I haven't given up quite yet. I'll try it a couple more times before I abandon my good Asia memories :D

Food is kind of pricey. I am very disappointed with Yelp. The rating system use to reflect the quality of the restaurant. Nowadays the rating it enter by the restaurant friends, workers to bring in more customer. You must have bad taste to give 4 stars you don't know what good food is.

The dine in food is very good, but the take out is horrible. I don't know if one chef does the take out and one does the dine-in, but whatever the case may be it is really awful. They do have some "special" dining nights where they offer unusual dishes, but those nights are way overpriced for what you get. They have two menus; One for Americans and one for Chinese....they NEVER ask you which one you want (both are in English and they are both different from one another). So, if you dare to go to Asia, make sure you dine in.

The service has always been wonderful! The waiters and waitresses are always very attentive and they seem to be happy every time we go there. It's a very pleasant dining experience.?

The service was impeccable, we never had to look for our waitress for anything it was always right there... refills, follow up after dishes were served. May was wonderful as well. We love Chinese food and have eaten at many places across the country. Asia Oriental came recommended and it lived up to it's advanced billing!?

Chef Alex has the talent to create a memorable meal no matter what is ordered. I have enjoyed everything he has prepared. Chinese New Year's Dinner was awsome. I have my favorites (Moran's dumplings for one)but I always find something different to savor on every visit. This truly is my favorite restaurant -- Thank you May and Alex

If you want friendly service, excellent food and a smiling chef that makes you feel at ease and one of the family then this is the restaurant to frequent.
